This site is a joint production of the Department of Education and Training, the Catholic Education Commission, the Association of Independent Schools and the Board of Studies. The materials were developed for and on behalf of the HSC White Paper Implementation Training and Development Committee, an HSC Coordination Task Force sub-committee.

Website Agreement : Advice for users

The New HSC web site is an educational service provided to any user who agrees to the conditions of this Web Site Agreement. This agreement protects its users and the Internet community from irresponsible or illegal activities.

The content of the homepage and subsequent pages of information published by the HSC White Paper Implementation Training and Development Committee on behalf of the New South Wales Government was understood to be correct at the time of publication.

The New HSC website contains links to independently managed information and communications servers. The NSW Government has no editorial control over the information on these servers and is thus not responsible for their contents.

Unless otherwise stated, any reference on the site to commercial products or trade names occurs without the endorsement of the New South Wales Government.

You are encouraged to contribute to the content using the mechanisms provided and are responsible for that material. You agree not to transmit any content which the New HSC website managment considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
