Analysing reading assessment tasks

Module Four examines the model of reading described in Teaching Reading: A K–6 Framework, involves the analysis of running records and the examination of reading behaviours to determine what students know and can do in relation to English K–6 syllabus reading outcomes.

This module is designed ot be completed over three weeks.

Requirements:

Have with you at the computer the following:

  • Running Records for Classroom Teachers, Marie M. Clay, 2000
  • English K–6 syllabus
  • pencil and paper.
