Analysing writing tasks
Module Seven describes a process of analysing writing work samples and classroom observations to identify what students know and can do in relation to the writing outcomes in the English K–6 syllabus. It is designed to be completed over two weeks.
Your task will be to analyse your students' writing samples, writing behaviours and understanding about writing.
Requirements
Have with you at the computer the following:
- English K–6 syllabus
- Writing behaviours pro formas:
Early Stage 1 (PDF 52 KB) and Stage 1 (PDF 40 KB)
- pencil and paper.
