Planning process

Planning is an ongoing process that also occurs at whole-school,  stage or grade levels, and for individual classes.

While the overall school plan results from a process of planning, this process does not finish with the creation of a single document. Planning decisions are regularly made for individual classes and to ensure continuity of experience within and between stages.

This section outlines a planning process involving a number of steps. It is recognised that each school community may approach the task in different ways. These steps may be usefully undertaken in different sequences, or where one or more aspects are the priority.
