Gathering information and making decisions
Before a vision or school direction can be established, and before a new school plan is developed, it is important to find out as much information as possible, to assist in making decisions. This can be done through discussions at staff meetings, grade or stage meetings, surveys of staff, parents and students, and audits of resources.
